Pax Door: Shift + E
Cargo Door: Shift + E +2
Pushback tug (only pushback model): Tailhook command
Maintance mode: Wingfold command
Dropping elevator: Concorde nose Extract and Retract 

Remember to deactivate both Maintance mode and dropping elevator before takeoff!
